When will my order ship?
Apparel is made to order. Processing takes 2–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends. Shipping transit time is additional.
Can I cancel my order?
Email lsapparelstudio@gmail.com with your order number within 2 hours of purchase. This includes custom orders. Production begins after that window.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Standard, non-custom orders allow returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Buyers pay return postage and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. Email us for return instructions.
What about custom or personalized orders?
Custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective. The 2-hour cancellation window still applies. Email us if your item is defective.
How do I choose a size?
Compare the brand- and style-specific size chart in the product photos with a garment you already own laid flat. Available brands, styles, colors, and sizes vary by product.
How do I care for my garment?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, do not bleach, and do not iron directly on the printed design. Follow any specific care instructions included with your item.
