Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on standard, non-custom orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If your custom item is defective, contact lsapparelstudio@gmail.com for help.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order, including a custom order, within 2 hours of purchase by emailing lsapparelstudio@gmail.com with your order number. We begin production after the 2-hour cancellation window. Orders cannot be canceled after that window; eligible standard orders may still be returned or exchanged under the terms above.
