Shopping with LS Apparel Studio

LS Apparel Studio sells made-to-order graphic apparel and custom or personalized apparel through this Shopify store. Please review the garment style, color, size, price, and design details before placing an order. Available options vary by product.

Checkout

The checkout shows your order total and available shipping services before you submit payment. Please provide an accurate email address and delivery address so we can contact you about your order. For help with an order, email lsapparelstudio@gmail.com and include the order number.

Processing and shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, for processing before shipment. Carrier transit time is additional. United States shipping rates are calculated at checkout from order weight, package dimensions, and delivery address. A faster shipping service does not shorten processing time. Please see our Shipping policy for details.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of purchase, including custom orders. Email lsapparelstudio@gmail.com with your order number within that window.

Returns and exchanges

Standard, noncustom orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Buyers pay return postage and are responsible for loss of value if an item is not returned in original condition. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless defective. Please see our Return and refund policy for complete details.
